Call for VOLUNTEERS, Salinas Airshow September 27, 28 2008

ECTAR is looking for 15 Volunteers to act as Communicators during the Airshow.

Dates and Times: 
Saturday 8 am to 5 pm
Sunday 8 am to 5 pm
 
Saturday and Sunday Lunch will be provided.

VOLUNTEER PASSES MAY BE PICKED UP AT THE SHOW.

AFTER PARKING CONTACT ME VIA HAM RADIO, CELL PHONE OR ASK ANYONE WITH A RADIO FOR COMMUNICATIONS.

Take Hwy 101 to John Street, exit John and follow signs to Airshow.
Once you turn onto Alisal from John, merge over to the left lane and
follow the signs for President / VIP  / Volunteer Parking.
Turn off of Alisal at the Hartnell East Campus Gate (Pres/VIP/Volunteer Parking gate)
and proceed past buildings onto dirt road.
Signs will direct you to the Volunteer Parking Lot.  You will need your badge to enter
through the Admission Gate.  Just inside the Admission Gate, there will be a Shuttle pickup
area.  Take the shuttle van and instruct the driver that you need to get to the BIG Hanger near the
Beacon Tower.  They will get you as close as they can.
